A full renovation of a three-floor home totalling 95m², where every decision needed to serve both beauty and function. The clients had different visions for the space, so the challenge was finding a direction that felt right for both: elegant and restrained, but with enough warmth and colour to feel alive. We built the palette around warm beige, layered with touches of terracotta and green and grounded by dark wood tones. One key element of the brief was closing off the kitchen despite the limited space available. We solved it by boxing an area within the living room and building a semi-enclosed space using a steel-framed glass partition to keep natural light flowing into the kitchen. Throughout the home, the focus was the same: considered proportions, smart storage, and a cohesive material palette that makes every square metre feel intentional.
